Our Story
Why we built EZLeadForms
"Give the web a form backend that respects the people filling out the form."
EZLeadForms started as an internal tool. We were building marketing sites and landing pages and getting tired of the tradeoff: pick a form service that injects trackers and sells data, or roll your own backend every time.
So we built one — multi-tenant, edge-deployed on Cloudflare Workers, Turnstile spam protection baked in, no third-party domain in the form action URL. Email + webhook delivery. Done.
It worked well enough internally that we opened it up. EZLeadForms is built and operated by Smith Labs — a small studio that prefers small, sharp tools over bloated platforms.
